Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

After regular office hours, weekends, and holidays, you may reach the physician on-call for emergencies only by dialing (423) 246-8061 for instructions.

For questions regarding billing, insurance, appointments, prescription refills, and routine problems, please call during regular office hours.
