Financial Policy Overview

Thank you for choosing us as your health care provider. We are committed to providing you with the best medical care. If you have private medical insurance, we will be happy to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve theses goals, we need your assistance and your understanding of our financial policy.

• All co-pay, coinsurance and/or deductibles are due at the time of service.
• A $29.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
• We accept cash, checks or visa/mastercard.
• We offer payment arrangements for large balances with extenuating circumstances by phoning our billing/collections department in advance.
• Insurance participation.

Blue Ridge Neuroscience Center, P.C. participates with most major insurance carriers. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance. However, we remind you that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract unless we are participating.
