Automobile Accidents, Work-Related Injuries, and Disability

If you were injured on the job and your employer has filed a verified claim with his workers' compensation insurance, we will bill the carrier directly. You must obtain written authorization from your employer regarding this injury in order for us to treat you. If for any reason your employer's insurance company later denies responsibility for the bill, you, as the patient, will be responsible of the bill.

If you have been injured in an automobile accident and/or are represented by an attorney; remember that since you are the one receiving treatment, payment is still your responsibility. Liability actions pending against others are complex. A successful resolution of these actions may be protracted or may not occur at all. We require payment in full for your first visit. In the event surgical intervention is required, financial arrangements can be made through our insurance department.
